Would not replace the faulty item
I am very disappointed in Amazon! Used to buy things all the time, but since my last purchase I decided not to deal with them again. I have purchased an item from Warehouse Deals, Inc. and the thing had a defect, so I contacted the store to get a replacement. They told me that they do not replace products. Wtf? It’s their fault that the item does not function right!

missing items
I received Cuisinart S S-300 today. It was missing the manual and a VERY IMPORTANT PART! I just spent 30 dollars on a replacement part that I hope fits!!!! So much for saving money on used! I am a prime member and the part wasn't honored to get free shipping! This item was a gift from my family for my birthday. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED! I will never buy from Warehouse Deals again!
Sincerely,
Margaret Landrum

Very dissatisfied!
$800.00 Optoma Projector lamp went out after 43 days. When I took to a repair shop, I was told that the lamp in the unit had been "rigged" to work. It was not the lamp that was supposed to be in the projector.
Amazon will not help me!
Do not buy from this entity!!!

Do NOT rent books from them thru Amazon
I rented a textbook from Amazon.com through their textbook rental program, through Warehouse Deals Inc. When the book arrived, a section of the pages had what appeared to be coffee on them and they were wrinkled on the edges from having been wet. It did not effect the text or the usability of the book and I used it for the semester. When I returned it, they rejected my return and charged me the full retail price of the NEW book because I returned it in damaged condition (which was exactly how I had received it). I am now out my rental charges ($19.77) plus $177. I could have purchased the book used for $109. I will not rent from Amazon again and urge you to avoid Warehouse deals at all costs. Sneaky, unethical and downright dirty.

DIsappointed
I purchased a BobSweep, however when I received it, it was packaged in a box big enough for a conventional vacuum cleaner, with very LITTLE packing in it, allowing the BobSweep to bounce around the box easily. The top was closed with only one piece of packing tape, which could have allowed things to fall out. The BobSweep was not bubble wrapped or anything just thrown in the box along with all the small parts and pieces. Missing from the box was the owners manual, the BobSweep remote (which is how you program it), cleaning brush, Screws, filter and filter casing, and no maintenance tools. I have contacted them several times, with screenshots of what THEIR advertisement says about the product. there is nothing that says that these items would not be with the product, so now I have to go through and find all of them. I purchased this on December 6th, received it about a week later and trust me the packaging was horrific. I even found a used paper drinking cup, wadded up in the box (GROSS). It is now the end of the month and still have not gotten any replies to my concerns or requests for the missing items. if you purchase from them, be ready to be disappointed.

KitchenAid coffee maker
ITEM: KitchenAid coffee maker
CONDITION: Used/Like New - Item will come in original packaging may be damaged.
PROBLEM: LED display malfunctioned as soon as I applied power (110/120V). LED malfunction fades to black-out under power, unable to monitor programming.
RESOLUTION: (Warehouse Deals/Amazon) will not send a functioning coffee maker replacement, they will however give credit in the form of a gift card, after they receive the unit back. Transaction time 4 to 5 weeks. If I want to replace my existing coffee maker, which is broken, I should buy a new from Amazon.

Damaged package Elixir Strings
I'm a small music business. I ordered some Elixirs for a regular customer because I was out of stock for what he normally buys; I don't need to mark them up much, and this was priced only a little above my regular wholesale suppliers' price, but with 2-day free shipping is worth it, as I don't need to make a larger order not to suffer a substantial hit on shipping.
I canceled today, the item hasn't even shipped, and won't for two more days, I can make an order from my regular supplier(s), get a better deal if I make a normal-sized order, and it'll be here earlier- and there's plenty of other stuff I need to stock on.
I intend not to do business with them EVER, now, fortunately, I'm out nothing yet, as long as Amazon makes the refund.

Wrong Item received
I ordered 2 of the same item (2 door top loading small pet kennels) one was from Amazon, the other from Warehouse Deals Inc. The Amazon item arrived quickly and was exactly what I expected and wanted. The Warehouse item arrived 1 day after the expected time frame - 12 days after ordering and then I found that it was a completely different pet kennel... not top loading, which is what I needed, and WAY bigger than I wanted. I completed a return item request on Amazon, but because the package is quite large, I selected the UPS pick up option, which appeared to be free of charge. When I called UPS to arrange the pick up, I was informed that shipping was free, but the pick up would be up to $15 !!! I then needed to call Amazon to cancel that and arrange for a shipping label so I could bring this monster package to a UPS drop off.... and found it impossible to locate a phone number for Amazon customer service on their site. I finally googled it, and they were very helpful. I have made many purchases from Amazon with no problem, but this pretty much ruined my night.. IK will give Amazon another chance, but I will never buy from the Warehouse Deals option again. btw, the Amazon customer service number is 1-888-280-4331.

cancellation
I tried to cancel an order that was $150 because my cat stepped on the phone. They wouldn't cancel it!! I'm devastated, it's very expensive, they probably won't even return my money when I have to ship it back. I won't order from them and I am cancelling Amazon prime.

Missing part and broken part
Bought a YML dog kennel from Warehouse Deals. It was missing the top of the kennel! How useful is that? Also, the plastic base was broken in one corner. Apparently it is not uncommon for them to ship incomplete products. Used is one thing, incomplete is another. I, too, will not buy from them again. We shall see if I receive my money back when it is returned. I don't like that you cannot reach the company themselves, but only through Amazon. If they wanted to give me a partial refund, I might keep the kennel as is, but $60 + for an item that is incomplete, is ridiculous. Nothing but a hassle. BUYER BEWARE!

How are they still allowed to operate!?
"Warehouse Deals, Inc" - a third party seller on Amazon.com (NOT Amazon Warehouse Deals, which is different) - is apparently still scamming people as they did with me this week. Bought a Samsung tablet - not only did they send the wrong one, it was made to deliberately look like the item that was described on amazon in the correct (damaged) box and everything... like I wasn't going to notice the crappy tablet they sent me??
Well, there's no seller page (anymore) and no way to contact them through amazon. There's no "contact seller" info. Disgraceful! How are these scammers still managing to do business and have their profile on amazon!?!? Why doesn't Amazon step in and remove them??
Contacted Amazon for a refund - obviously a hassle.
Also, as of this morning if you look at the complete thridparty/marketplace sellers list there is no "Warehouse Deals, Inc" listed. But! A new - brand new - seller "Pro Warehouse Deals, Inc" has popped up. No info, no products listed, it shows it as a brand new, just launched seller. HMMMMMMMMMM.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say if you've been scammed or know someone who has been scammed by "Warehouse Deals, Inc" on Amazon DO NOT BUY FROM PRO WAREHOUSE DEALS, INC ON AMAZON. They are likely a scam too. Just saying.

I bought an Amazon fire tv under warranty, I was asked to return it in for an exchange I never received till date. I am trying to reach them and they are sending me to all departments. That's 😢.
