I agree also, I would like to sue American Finco and Rain Soft. Rain Soft talk you into buying a water system that does NOT work that is financed by American Finco, "a ripe off company." Interest rate was a lot more than I was quoted and when I try to call for the company to come get or fix the system they give you the run around. People are getting rich by scamming hard working Americans.
SPECIAL RULE FOR CREDIT CARD PURCHASE means nothing to them. Why was it placed on the back of the statement?
