Trap For The Unwary
SCAM COMPANY INDEED!, this company should not be allowed to continue in business. Who is it that is cleaning up this type of problem? Does anyone in authority care? How the hell, can AMERICAN GREETING CARDS or WEB SHOTS which they appear to have highjacked get away with BLATANTLY RIPPING CUSTOMERS MONEY FROM THEIR CREDIT CARDS.
I tried numerous times to contact the US Company to Cancel and the calls are not answered. I tried ONLINE and THEY IGNORED MY
COMMENTS, MESSAGES etc. If I were in the US, I would personally visit their offices and talk closely to them.
These guys are CROOKS, and THIEVES! ... Don't go near WEB SHOTS or AMERICAN GREETING CARDS !!!

Trap For The Unwary
The Webshots pro photos are excellent. However, I have not been able to get a reply from them for any reason for a few years now, for any reason, even though I am a paid subscriber. A legal investigation needs to happen. Legitamit companies do not operate this way.

Scam
yep, they're a rip off alright. I signed up for a trial and then canceled my subscription online. I even checked back on the website to make sure. Then 3 years later I notice they're still charging my account annually. Yes, I know I should have noticed before but the charge only comes through once a year. They totally refused to refund me even though I still had paperwork I printed out showing I had canceled. Turns out you have to go to some other, obviously well-hidden website to cancel. I showed them I hadn't used their services in all that time and they would not budge one inch. A lady from the BBB got involved after I sent her my paperwork showing I had canceled and they still refused to budge. If you go to Ohio BBB where they're registered you can see many complaints about the very same thing. All I can say is that they're a rotten company with deceptive business practices. They wound up scamming me for about $80
