No Product Delivered
After three weeks of waiting, paying $15 dollars for airmail delivery, writing three inquiries and making two unanswered phone calls about where my deliver was, I have neither received my order nor a response to my order inquiry. I've made hundreds of purcheses on the Internet without issues. But it appears I'm nt alone in getting ripped off by this company. As a licensed private investigator with skills that can make them sting, they picked on the wrong customer to stiff. So while I am in the process of letting everyone know not to buy from this organization, making sure that the Attorney General in their jurisidiction is aware of their game, the Better Business Bureau is aware, the news media in their place of business and social media followers are all aware of this online robbery, save yourself some grief by not buying from this company in the first place.

NO ONE ANSWERS PHONE
I’m a general practice physician who got their unsolicited cards in the mail this week, so I called to find out why the Apple app they advertise is NOT available on the apple store; and why they don’t list Suboxone as a prescription drug.
I called their physician helpline three times 800-645-7181 and could not reach a human, only a two prong triage that offered to be removed from their mailing list; or to order more of their discount cards.
So I tried their Customer Questions number 844-863-0353 five times, two of which hung up abruptly, and three others who transferred me, ostensibly to someone in administration, but were actually separate pharmacy benefit companies, who refused to let me proceed unless I gave them a patient’s information. With great difficulty, I was able to persuade two of those persons to listen my explanation of the purpose of my call, and each politely referred me onward: one to another pharmacy benefit manager, and one to a person who abruply hung up on hearing the purpose of my call.
Since no one is available that actually works for the company, this must be considered a SCAM, run by persons obviously HIDING from any public contact and without any intention of operating in a legitimate. I RECOMMEND NOT TRUSTING THIS COMPANY WITH ANY PERSONAL NOR PATIENT INFORMATION. LIKELY A HIPAA VIOLATION TO USE THEM. BUYER BEWARE.

I called several pharmacies with my coupon and none will accept it, even though the rep at American Pharmacy insists they will accept it, they won't! Only accept manufacturers coupon!
