Americast Sink

I had an Americast sink installed in my home when it was built in 1999. The sink has wear all around edges that are oozing rust from in front and inside the right side of the sink. It's disgusting. I use bleach and Bartenders' Friend to try to clean it up, but it just keeps coming back. I was recently told to see if there was a recall on these sinks. It was purchased at Home Depot.

I think it is beyond repair, I am forwarding pictures to be reviewed.
