Poor service

Poor consumer service and quality. Phone they give is new and works okay. They fail to address their service has poor radio frequencies , and lacks 3G in the IL region. Wouldn't use them again. They need to tell people they serve Ohio only due to low quality internet, and not having 3G is poor quality as well.
