Not accredited by the Better Business Bureau for Good Reason
Completely agree, see my review. If you pick a loan without hefty closing costs they'll find a reason to deny you. Please put in a dispute with your credit card company to reclaim your money and file a complaint with RESPA and HUD as well as their locall BBB. It's the least we can do to get rid of corporate corruption.

Unethical Practices
I was led to believe I was preapproved for a refinance at an attractive rate by Amerisave. I was made to deal with a representative who admitted he did not have a real estate license. He could not lock in a rate,discuss rates, or answer most of my questions. He prompted me to to pay an upfront $475 appraisel fee & fax in a very large number of documents containing personal information including IRS 1040's & bank statements. He promptly phoned me stating my loan was declined because the property did not appraise high enough. I promptly put in a dispute with my credit card co. re: the unrefundable appraisel fee. A few days later a higher level staff member e-mailed me that my loaned was declined due to insufficient credit rating. (I had scored 788 out of a possible 790 on their rating system.) I never had proper guidance, counseling. advising, & direction in applying for my loan. Now I am out $475 for an appraisel, $15 for credit reports, & considerable time & personal information. I would never recommend Amerisave to anyone. G.C

no loan!
It is impossible to get a loan with the NO help from this company, and they will also make you pay them for cancelling the deal! They keep you as a customer until you pay them, and then rob you twice as much for backing out!
