Where is my promised warranty service
I requested service via myprotectionplan360 on my refrigerator warranty and completed online as requested. At no time was I able to discuss this appointment, nor able to contact C&J Major appliance repair (who it was assigned to) via phone (message box full and unable to leave a message) or their published email address (which is not accepting emails). I left a message after 11 minutes on hold with protection plan 360 as requested and advised that someone would return my call (800-446-9134). Sent several customer service requests for assistance to the 360 site over 3 days without a reply. AND nobody showed up during the time frame that was given. I sat at home for this and kept my end of the bargain. Your web site does not reflect what your promise of your product. Is this the way you do business? Who would ever consider AmTrust Financial Services INC if this is the reflection of the way this corporation does business????

F/U from my previous rant that came out of frustration. I need to set the record straight, I finally heard from the appliance repair serviceman 10 minutes to the end of my service window-but was on the way outside of the window. This all could have been avoided had there been a phone call 24 hours before or even the morning of the appointment to say the request was received and confirming the appointment. A Quality improvement program needs to be considered for the lack of response to the customer service contact over the 3 days-what is the time frame considered acceptable before answering complaints or questions? OR maybe on the web site, a way to update the service request. If there was a way, I could not find it.
