bad service

AMT is a false company. "our promise: no games, no tricks, no hassles; just great service". this is the saying on the flyer. they do not value this at all. we bought a sectional over $2,000 and the warranty as well. a spring came loose and punched a hole in the bottom of the couch. we were told they would not cover this. however she said a cigarette burn would be covered. really? so what your saying is a broken spring does not equal to pure negligence? ridiculous. will never by extra coverage again with this company. ten thumbs down
