did nothing about stolen items
I was traveling by them from Tampa to Chicago and when I arrived I discovered that some items worth $600 were stolen from my checked in bag. They just said they' re make a report and that's it. I got no compensation or anything for this.

train came an hour late
I had a ticket to Buffalo exchange and the train was supposed to arrive at 6:40pm. I arrived an hour late. They never said why they were late and did nothing to refund me at least partially. Beware of this company.
