frauds

I was looking for a new monitor for my pc and I found one on Antonline.com, ( 33 Mansell Court Suite 200 Roswell, GA 30076
Roswell, Georgia, phone 1.877.293.9797) which I decided to buy. After I received it I saw that the monitor had scratches and was not new at all! I contacted the seller and told him about my concern.
He had answered that they do not make replacements and that the monitor IS new, and that I am a liar for trying to get my money back!
