Terrible experience
All these complaints against apollo is true. compare to my problem these all are nothing. they killed my father. my father admitted this hospital with minor injuries(he met an accident. why i told minor injuries?, before joining to apollo he got the reports from GH(govt. hospital) said that he is normal. he not at all having any major problem and his vital organs are perfectly alright. but after joining apollo they told again we have to go for scan, x-ray. after that, they told everything is now normal he may get any problem in the future, so we have to keep him in CCU in observation. we trusted them. 3 rd day they told in the mid night(always they used to tell everything in the mid night. psychologically this will work) my dad is having breathing problem. we believed that. they put his mouth ventilator. then only he can be in CCU. he cant talk. if he talks we feel he is alright. they are charging 50 to 80, 000 rupees per day. they wanted to earn money... so keep the patients in CCU. after that my dad didn't come out. he was healthy man. he used to go for walking for 7 to 8 km a day and yoga. he had lot of diet control. he was not having any problem. but apollo people killed him. prostitutes are better than this doctors. they spoiling them self and earning money. these people making money and killing them also. still we are not able to come out. my mother slowly dieing. not eating not sleeping. my relatives, friends used to say they are ideal couples... every second i am thinking my dad ...not sleeping not able to eat... every second crying

Terrible experience
My mother 74 years, a paralyzed person was brought to Apollo BSR Hospital, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh for checkups on 23 March 2012 at around 3 PM as she was feeling cold with sweat. I tried to book her appointment over phone (as she was to travel from Rajnandgaon to Bhilai, about 35 KMs with escort by my sister) from United Kingdom but I have been told that there is no such facility of booking appointment in the hospital. Later on the same day, she was shown to Dr Rajesh P, Consultant Neurology of this hospital. Consultant has advised her to go for several tests including CT scan and asked her to be admitted in the hospital and provided estimate of Rs 20000. As this amount was reasonably high and to give feedback of her past treatment at Delhi, I tried to speak to this consultant over phone who behaved very rude and adamant and not spoken about her clinical manifestation which is immoral and unethical for this noble profession and then she was bound to be taken away.
The similar incidence has happened in past in August 2010 in same hospital with another consultant Dr Dilip Ratnani when my mother was admitted for cardio vascular problems and I tried to speak to the consultant with willing to take parallel opinion overseas i.e, in United Kingdom prior to her cardio vascular surgery which was strongly recommended by this doctor (with triple vessel disease which was later identified as double vessel disease by reputed hospital in Delhi). He took it personal and questioning to his knowledge and experience and not cooperated which is unethical for this noble profession.
These instances reflect serious behavioral and approachability concerns with this hospital. On the other side hospital has vision and mission statement which mentions “human touch” and “we touch lives” etc which is completely missing and surprised to see the flash at hospital website being awarded best quality award "ACE 25 PARAMETER" (Apollo Clinical Excellence) with BSR Healthcare Group figures in health care magazine as best entrepreneur Dr. M.K. Khanduja.
Necessary action is solicited.

Useless Doctor
Useless Doctor Asin Siddique (Endocrinologist) . I had today gone to Apollo hospital Jasola to show my brother Puneet Goel. The fees and registration charges were paid for 1344 local time on 4th Jan 2020. Observed that he called atleast two patients out of line and thus delaying my brother. He is just a junior doctor with lot of attitude. He should not be allowed to practice in Apollo hospital due to mismanagement and favouratism.
