NO refund!!!!
They are very good to answer quickly when you have not yet compado the product when you want your refund disappear like magic! I'm fighting my refund, no answer. I hope people read this before buying. The program is not bad but it has many limitations as I can not use. And I find it misleading when only the first application is 100% free after the second to be paid for plugins, for a total of $ 100 each application.

They contacted me, asked for an apology for the mistake, and refunded all the money.!

I purchased this program as it listed in the general features you could use your won words and alter menus. When I tried to do it I find out it is an extra feature you need to pay to add on. Here is what they did have on their general features until I complained.
Navigation Menu
Click one that suits you. They all slide in and out of view. Change color and fonts here...
Your words and icons
Use your own words and our 200 designer icons. Rearrange by dragging the handles. Be brief.
They have since removed the 2nd part form the general feature and are telling me it is my own fault for not ready all the extra you need to pay for 1st. They have refused to give a refund. One support person sent me a email saying sorry for their oversight and they have now fixed their site and offered a $40- credit to use for extra features.
I then asked for the refund again and they refuse again saying it was clear it was not included.
this company has been rather rude and very unhelpful Avoid as their templates which is all the basic include are rather poorly set out witch are not of use to me at all.
At one stage they tried to tell me that what I wanted to do for my own needs was not as good as their template and made it out they know my industry better then I do.
It is now up to paypal to decide if I get a refund.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Obnoxious service with hidden fees
Hello
The people who respond to you are very condescending and don't know boundaries. The customer is always wrong. There is no way to call them or get a kind answer from them.. They sound bipolar and nasty. They need to have a way for others to communicate. It looks like a great Idea but it is wrought with hidden fees and deceptive practices which draw you in and kick you when you don't understand. They should be shut down.
