Misleading to get you stuck in 5 year contract

I don't understand what part of contract says cancel anytime it don't make sense and there is a call done before and after a sale to make sure you know what is goin on the fact of the matter is that everyone on this site that is complaining about apx/vivint is incompetent you never sign anything before reading now I'm a alarm salesman and take pride in what I do and take it personally when you slander a whole company due to one rep but it makes an honest reps job that much harder cause you didn't read what you signed and now the company is a scam maybe next time your in this situation you should set back and think I just met this person I think I'll READ what I'm about to sign I know it's crazy but just a suggestion I know some of you have legitimate complaints but most of you are idiots
