Took $6K deposit and never did work
Aqua Care signed a contract with us in September 2012 for a handicapped shower installation and never came to do any work. When credit card payment was stopped, they suddenly jumped into gear claiming they have invested too much money to break contract now. We are now forced to take legal action as we no longer want to do business with them. Mike Pagano is known a crook based on other reports we are now beginning to read. RUN AWAY from this business!

Filed Harassment Complaint on Aqua Care
Due to the threatening nature of conversations with Aqua Care USA, we have filed a police report for harassment. Our local PD spent an hour with us explaining that this company cannot proceed with any of their threats. We DO have the option of backing out of the contract since they did not act in a timely manner. In addition, they have lost our confidence in them and we are not bound to allow them into our home. We are so grateful for the police department who responded in such a wonderful manner. Ignore their threats and do not believe excuses, promises of discounts, etc. These guys are evil!

SCAM
They take advantage of the elderly. Get their money and promise them one thing and then come back with another. Tell the customer they cannot cancel and that their will be a lawsuit. Scaring the elderly. My dad is 83 years old. Scam artist if I ever saw one. Very rude and ugly to my dad. I called the attorney general and I will do whatever it takes to get my dad's money back. 5,000 he needs this money.
