Fraudulent activities

I have defaulted my AMEX card five years ago. I've paid my debt and had no contact with them since. Now, five years later I started getting harassing calls and emails from ARC Canada / ARO Inc. concerning a debt that I don't have. It seems like this outfit buys debt information and then harasses people hoping to get their money. They have damaged my credit rating. If ARC Canada or ARO Inc. call you, just hang up on them, don't be their victim.
