Very Poor Product

Built over 100 project in this area and this is the only one ever who had a complaint. There are just once in a while a consumer that wants more than they paid for, we sometimes call that job creep trying to add work without having to pay for it. Then there is the one that is Bipolar, one day happy and nice, next day angry at the world. Attempting to get reductions in their final payment. This one tried to use our permit to have his landscaper do a re-deck project after our project was done. The reason his landscaper did not do the sun room enclosure was due to no construction licence, could not get drawing and engineer stamps. His landscaper would do it cheap but, did not have the knowledge to do construction work correctly. Several other thing were done by this landscaper while we were there to by pass the HOA approval and avoid additional permits. when we completed our project the client wanted us to leave the permit again to allow his landscape to by pass the law. We made the City Inspector aware of what was going on after we completed our project. He advise us to remove our permit and he would handle the issue. A stop work order was issued to the home owner. After this, the home owner decided to get back at us by posted this UN- TRUE complaint. If you are any kind of service provide do not do work for this one. I would even be concern with using their business services based on the desire to not following the rules and laws. The real justice for us was when he call use back for a small warranty repair, we notice the re-deck had be done which included stairs 2' OC stringers with composite decking ( max is 16" OC) and some improper fastening practices. We pointed that out and guess what the landscaper is on his hit list nom. Imagine that.
