They are frauds

I wish I had read the complaints about Arrow Truck Sales before I signed a contract for buying the truck. Now I don't know how I am going to get out of this one, since it has been three months since I agreed to buy a truck, and since then I didn't receive any papers for it. And the owner still has my money, and instead of just giving me a refund – he is telling me to wait a little while longer.
This is just a scam! I do not wish to “wait a little while longer”!

Involved in scam

I have also been involved in to this scam. Arrow Truck Sales are nothing but frauds. I have been trying to get them return my money for a month now, and I do not see any other possibility of solving this problem, but to file a case against them. They refused to give me my money back after I asked them politely to do so, since they haven't delivered me the truck I was about to buy! This is a total scam! They are not going to get away with this!

Engine did not work

So last month I have closed a deal with Arrow Truck Sales. I have purchased a truck from them for my company, main purpose was logistics, of course. The truck had to be ready right away, there were suppose to be no damages whatsoever. I have paid $13 000.00 for the truck, and the next day that it was suppose to leave – the engine would not start! I had called the manager, who told me that they do not carry any responsibilities for the truck after its sale!!!
This is a scam! I am not going to leave it like this! I am taking these frauds to court!

bad truck deal

i bought a truck from arrow in tampa in august of 2019 needless to say worst experience of my life and the most costly i never even made on trip with the truck before it cost me over 10000 dollars to repair a contaminated fuel tank and a def filter two tow bills .the salesman emil was his name said oh well its your problem we new nothing about these issues i even bought a 10000 dollar ntp warranty and still had to pay the bill.emil ask me to fill out his survey before taking delivery so i answered almost all the questions negativly he would not even balance the front tires then he told me if i would change my answeres to a positive answere he would pay to balance the tires at that point i did not no all the other issues with the truck so i did change the answeres.i am 71 years old been driving over 40 years i have never had anyone rip me off like arrow did i would not recomend anyone get a truck from them even if they give you one free emil the salesman is a lier and cheat he will do or say anything to sell a truck i will make it my lifes quest whats left of it to spread the word about what they do to sell a truck and will not bavk it up to me they are worst then a robber that has a gun at your back.
