Damaged item

They sent me damaged item after many calls to them there Rep send me label took them months sent the item back damaged so I sent it back rep lied so much it went to India so they don’t check so second time also arrived not fixed and refuse to credit me and kept my earrings third time I sent she said will fix it in NJ I told her I can get it fixed here she would not listen total B she would not let me talk to the owner my came back minus earrings and not fixed
