Have been billed after canceling service
Horrible! We have tied to cancel our contract per a doctor's diagnosis of our son who was in a martial arts class. They have denied the medical reasons for his dicontinuation. We are now seeking legal advice. They told us that we will still be responsible for the 5k in future payments.

fraudulent charges
I used to deal with this company and since last month I started to receive mails from them where they request my bank details for payments. Mail also stated that If I don't want to use that method of payment they will overcharge me extra $10 each month. I think this is dishonest - these people simply use their customers for own benefits and don't care of them. I don't want to give my private details to anyone! When I cancelled their services I was overcharged without a reason my them and they never provided me a refund.
After this experience I will never recommend this company to anyone!
