failed to keep their promises
They claim that if they don't manage to obtain a pardon they'll give you your money back. More than a month ago I requested such refund and was told it's going to be dealt with but I never got my money! They failed to keep their promises, stay away from them!

Joe Black is a scam
Joe Black of assured pardons of Canada is a scam. They are a useless company and this guy took my money and did nothing. I'm calling my lawyer.

Nonconviction Records Purge
When I inquired about their service for $200, they insisted on a credit card even though their web site says you can pay be ceque or money order. They would not give their address or their location in Canada nor their e-mail address. I wanted to know more about who I was going to deal with an get their money back guarantee in writing.

Not even a joke
The website still refers to a pardon within 6 to 12 months. There is no such thing anymore. There is no way for him to speed up the process or make guarantees on time or being accepted.
It is now called a record suspension and has been for 4 years.
I APPLIED UNDER THE OLD SYSTEM OF A PARDON AND HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER 4 YEARS FOR MINE TO GO THROUGH. EVERY NEGATIVE COMMENT IS TRUE. PLEASE SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND HAVE A REAL SERVICE DO IT FOR YOU.
BY THE WAY I WENT TO HIS OFFICE BUT COULD NOT GET IN SINCE IT IS A POSTAL BOX!!!!
