misrepresentation
I attended a seminar through this company named At-Home Professions and I thought it'll be good for me since I had a break in practice (I am a physical therapist). I was really surprised to see At Home Seminars logo used by this company. This is just misrepresenting.

Correcting Misinformation on At-Home Professions' Use of Trademark
I represent At-Home Professions and appreciate the opportunity to address the use of our logo. At-Home Professions' logo has been trademark protected by the United States Patent and Trademark Office since June 22, 1993. We continue our ownership of this trademark to this day.
