BAD SERVICE
JUSTFLY.COM is horrible service.
I ordered 2 tickets to SYD for Oct 16. and just find out my husband name was not correct!!!
First call on phone for 10 minute, the rep asked me to email my husband passport for able to correct his name.
Today, I got an email to ask me call them back.. I was on phone with them for 3 hours with 3 diff REP and final get the supervise, She asked me to hang up because they can't be able to reach the Jetstar and Qantas Airways. She said someone will call me back in 3 to 4 hours about Correct my husband name...
I am so upset with this server and cross my figure that they will call to resolve the issue. THEY WANT ME TO PAY THE FEE FOR THEIR MISSTAKE.
DON"T EVER USING THIS WEBSITE
Please someone HELP ME TO SUE THIS COMPANY!!!
