Prestiga scam

I booked with Prestiga at a very good rate, I believe they realised it was to good a rate so they made up a spurious security check in order to get out if the booking. After the booking was made I was suspicious so contacted the hotel, I found they had never received a booking request. Prestiga then lied consistently, they left me and my family completely in the lurch. Having looked at their positive reviews on other sites I'd also be very suspicious about the origin of those. I believe this company is unprofessional and untrustworthy, I would think very hard before using them as there are many other sites out there much safer
