scam
This company is a scam! I purchased a free trial of their skin care product and later I found that they overcharged my account without any notice. I send them back the product which, by the way, didn't work at all and claimed for a refund, but I never received anything from them!

do not tell about the fees
Nowhere it is written that you’re suppose to inform them that you do not wish to subscribe within 10 days. They have charged my credit card for $100.00 after a free trial version, which I thought would just end. But no, they quickly took what they were hopping to get, and now keep quiet!

AuraVie
The following is what is in the AuraVie ad just before you pay for the shipping before placing the order for the "FREE" trial.
By placing your trial order today, you agree to be enrolled in a 10 day trial offer for $4.95 S&H. After the trial expires, you agree that your card will be charged $97.88 for our advanced AuraVie SkinCare as part of this exclusive member auto-ship program. Your monthly member auto-ship will recur at $97.88, including S&H, every month from the time your trial expires until you cancel. If you choose to opt out of the risk free trial, all product shipments must be returned at the customer's expense. Call our customer care at 866-216-9336 within your trial period to cancel. By submitting this order, I hereby agree to the T&C's of this offer and the member auto-ship program. Please read long T&C's for full details.
Somehow, I believe that "you agree is that your card will be charged" is vague. If a question was used like: Do you agree to be charged? Yes or No would be clear. So I do believe that it can be argued that the customer can deny payment via that they do not wish to be a member. If they were truly honest and not so deceptive, they would allow time for return (used or not) and then grant a refund. What happens if the product does not work, or a person is allergic to the cream? If the product does not work then a refund should be done.
Time to go after this slick company with the rude employees.

Auravie Skin Care products
This company s a SCAM. They charged over $100 for a supposed 30 day trial at (beginning) cost of $3.95, then in 10 days, before product was ever receiver, charged another $97.88. Calls were not answered nor returned. Needless to say they scamed me out of over $100. Their product offer was receiver via Deal Vault ads!
