I definitly agree to you. I had similer story as following; I placed an online order for Gold American Eagle on Oct 16 and Oct 27, 2011 totaling $42, 774.20, and immediately sent payment by check. My check cleared on Oct 26 and Nov 3, 2011. I still have not received items yet. I have contacted the company 6 times and no resolution. Mr. Robert only gave me excuses that his company is so busy to handle orders and said to me, “Be patient, be patient.” He only gave an apology with excuse and he had not given any promises that shipping or my money back. It has been over 60 days since they received my payment. I sent them a mail and made several phone calls and they have been ignored. This company, Aurum Advisors (AA) is in breach of a contract agreement and failure to deliver precious metals within 28 days. Be aware of this company is thief. This company has a D rating with the Better Business Bureau, indication that they are not a trustworthy company to do business with.

I am filing a lawsuit against them
I ordered a Gold Kruggerand coin from them and sent them a check for $1731. They have cashed the check and didn't send the item. I am filing a lawsuit now.

Be very careful with this company!
Do not waste time and report about Aurum Advisors if you have been scammed by them like I was. They have been feeding me lies for a couple of years, and later on I found out that they have been charging me more than they should have had. They give false information at the very beginning. So check everything about them on the internet, there is a lot of info!

They stole $35.000 from me
I have paid $35.000 for the gold coins that I wanted to receive. None has been delivered. It has been three months and not a single response. I am very angry, and I have already contacted he FBI to deal with these frauds.

Aurum Advisor lies
They told me their profit was made up front and that they would buy back my purchases anytime at market value.
When I called back my original salesperson was gone (or unavailable) and they would only buy back if I allowed them to take more profit.
Do your research, review their history and find a reputable company.

I tried to call them and they never answered.
Beware of AURUM ADVISORS! I bought 57 Swiss Gold Francs and paid more than $20K! Later on I contacted Robert Drake to redeem 20 franks and I shipped those to them. I know they received those. I never received my money. I tried to call them and they never answered.

Stay away from Aurum Advisors
Marc Lubaszka is a con artist. Marc Lubaszka is from Aurum Advisors and he must be avoided at all costs. There are a lot of negative reviews and reports about him on-line. The guy steals hard-earned ira from old people. There is a whole victims group formed already to try and get the money back. Beware and avoid this guy!
