It's scams and they should fix them problems and pay attention to the customer. They saying want you help ? It's all lies they only care about them fees they don't care about you trust me don't do go business with them they not going help you they doing make it worse they never report you anything they hide everything they doesn't tell you nothing ,Read the contract before signing. This is a plan to get them your money, not get you out of debt! They will tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign up.
