unauthorized charges

I used their services and I paid for their program about one year ago. Last month I found that my account was charged by them without any notice and reason. I contacted them and I tried to claim for a refund but they left all my claims without a response. Beware and be careful dealing with them!

software stopped working in one month

I purchased their software and it stopped working in one month. I contacted their support service and they promised me to help but they did nothing. I applied for another one software and they promised me to send a key for the download but they never did it. I tried to contact them again but after that they stopped to respond on my calls. Beware and better don't buy from AVG.com !!
