bad business ethics

Aviva charged me 3 times too much and overdrew my account causing a 45 dollar NSF charge too me. I immediately canceled my insurance and put a block payment that cost me an additional 10 dollars. the company sent me a letter stating they would take me too credit collections. I messaged the company explaining what happened and they told me my complaint will be sent too another dept. ( assuming they meant trash ) I did not recieve a call back but yesterday i did recieve a letter from credit collections. I will not give in too this company who feels they have an inherent right too fraud their customers and can legally get away with destroying someones credit history (which is very good). I will be contacting my lawyer soon.
