One suggestion: It will help a lot if the description is detailed in terms of the metal used, not colour.

We were very pleased with our order and liked all of the jewelry we ordered plus the exceptional service we received from your company.secondly, i wanna to mention a peoblemthat one of the necklace is broken, the strand is broken in half and there is no way for me to tie it back as it is broken in the middle. Do you want me to return it, or can I get a credit on my next order?
