This is Robert Farzad. This is a false complaint. I have never been contacted by this person, called by this person or represented anyone by this name or with this set of facts. I have a suspicion of who this person may be and it is a father on the other side of a case, I represented the wife and my client received a large child support award against him and had her rights vindicated. Now, the upset father is going around the internet and making false claims like this pretending to be a client. I am investigating this. In the meantime, to anyone who is reading this, take heed that you are reading a false report and complaint. I will also be in touch with this website to have this complaint removed.

robert farzad, thief, liar, stole my $$$$$
This is Mr. David Romero and I am prepared to sign a sworn affidavit outlining what I have been through dealing with the office of B. ROBERT FARZAD. I paid several thousand dollars to have Robert Farzad prepare the paperwork to file in the superior court of orange county regarding my child custody and child support. I was being harrassed by the Child Support Services Dept and need assistance to modify my existing amount owed and arrange a payment plan for my arrearages.
Mr Farzad not only did not timely fill out the income forms, he did not attach my payroll stubs as required by law. my case was continued and he still did not file the forms so the case was dismissed. I lost a whole year of payroll garnishments and had liens placed on my home, my credit is shot all due to the incompetence of mr Farzad. He did not show up for hearings and he did not return my phone calls for months.
I am at my wits end and will file a charge of incompetence with the state bar, consumer fraud unit and sue him in small claims court. In the mean time I do not want anyone else to fall victim to him.
Mr Farzad is very aware of my case, or may chose to ignore it like he did before, but I will not go away!!!!!
