Facility is always down and not up for a long time
Did this really happen, or are you upset because you dropped the soap and did not get any action? Seriously you may be a child.(Judging from your spelling and grammar) However the other people are not children and they don't need someone telling them to take a shower.

Shabby Ethical Practice
01/14/12 ~ Looks like BYOS (bring your own soap) is the new policy… and looks like the Jacuzzi is not coming back anytime soon. With a year (plus) to go, not looking good -- this place is slipping from bad to worse. They obviously are not interested in signing up any new folk. (Strike back to one star).
