Not Agree with Complaints about Bargello
Bargello.com Review, Kaam, Kapra and Stiching Quality is Awesome
I visited Bargello in 2007 through search engine, and avail their free shipping offer. When I first checked the website out, I was definitely skeptical. It's a site where you can buy wedding dresses online.
Since then I am big fan of bargello, their detailing work, fabric and stching quality is awesome.
In 2010 I also orderd my Big Day :) custom bridal dress from them and I was a little surprised when my dress arrived. Not only because it came on time, but because it arrived in a large box. It was wrapped in protective papers and folded inside out to protect it though. So although I was surprised, I was still very happy with this purchase!

I received my saree two days ago. It is extremely beautiful, far more than what is shown in the picture. The craftsmanship is really superb. The item was very well packaged as well. Your service is really excellent. Thank you very very much.

Same here, i met with Bargello owner, Mr. Khawar Iqbal. I don't want to get into too much details all I can say is stay away he is a con artist. All i can do is complain here what else am i going to do. worst experience.

THIEVES!! They steal your money!
Bargello.com is a total fraud! I have absolutely no idea how the other "positive" reviews on this website are even real. I ordered a Sherwani suit from them approximately 2 months ago. After several unanswered phone calls and emails, I finally got through to their NY "customer service" number and spoke with a real person (Thank god!). However, he was only too eager to get me off the line by saying that he was going to "call them in Pakistan" to find out about my order (which was way overdue now) and that he'd call me back in 2 minutes. I am still waiting for his return call. These people are absolute crooks and they will steal your money. They are very responsive and will email you back and forth to confirm measurements and entice you completely that they're a professional organization. However, upon making that payment....just kiss your money goodbye. You will never hear from them again.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! BE PREPARED TO LOSE YOR MONEY!
Bargello appears to be a scam. Paid but never received the item They were very quick to process the payment but all interactions ended right there. They did not answer emails or phone calls. Their website looks legitimate but may not be. I was rushed through the steps to process the payment. Their phone numbers flash on the screen like it is a large company with many employees to answer phone calls, emails and assist you but nobody is there! It is a scam with an elaborately designed website with legitimate sounding details.
The clothes are expensive so be prepared to lose your money. Some happy customers may have received their items but I'm sure several have lost their money. Upon browsing the net, I found other, genuine websites (that Bargello has copied from!) that were very responsive and delivered beautiful items as they promised.
How can I get Bargello to refund what they took? Does anyone have ideas?

No dress. They have my money. No communication.
I live in England. I ordered a dress in August 2013. I paid for the dress in August. I asked for delivery by 13 September 2013. They agreed. Nothing has been heard from them since.
I have contacted them by phone on their 'London' number but is obviously VOIP and they could be anywhere in the world. I have also contacted them by email more than once but they have not replied. Today is 15 November 2013 and I have had no communication from them regarding the my order. I have checked the status of my order on their website and all it says is 'not despatched'. I have left more messages and sent another email. They are not returning my calls or emails.
This does not feel right. Wondering if I have been scammed. I will keep trying them and I will keep hoping they contact me and the dress will arrive. They have one more week.
My rating for them at the moment is Zero. That is 0/10.
I will report back here with the result. Wish me luck!

Bargello knock offs
Hi I checked up on them very nearly ordered until i asked them to email me pictures of clothes that they have made ie send me a picture of the model shoot version and one that they replicated. I have to say they did look like knock offs. I noticed everyone is slagging them off however i would be interested to see pictures of the outfits you chose ( the professional pic vs the ones they sendt you it would be good to paste a picture of the outfit you received this way we can all do a comparison of the design difference. Just to let you know they have no offices in the US, UK or Australia, the lines may be from those countries but it is reverted straight back to Pakistan, as there is no offices in those countries i asked where they were based in the uk so that i could visit them, after some pushing they said all phones calls are reverted to Pakistan.
There you have it best to pay a bit more and get the originals, They are based in some back ally of karachi in chooragi from what they told me.

did not receive order
I paid for 3 outfits, and they have never been delivered. The guy in NY does not pick up the phone anymore nor does he call back. No reply to my email either. Thankfully I paid by credit card and was able to dispute the charge. This is a scam guys, please dont waste your time on Bargello, find another vendor that someone can vouch for.

I don't agree that they ripped me off. I have asked over the phone about the owner, Bargello.com told me that khawer iqbal is not owner, as you can see in 1st post. There are telephone numbers, which are not Bargello.com numbers.

Actually This con man khawer iqbal mention some details about Bargello.com and put their numbers, when people call bargello, he trapped customers and take your details, and told you that we are starting brand new site and closing bargello.com or we are same company or same manufacturing unit, and force you to fill order from and then make a low quality outfits, and people start sharing their bad experience with Bargello.com.
I would like to give you sincere advise to everyone that 1st visit any abc or xyz site, check their contact details and then call. You will never be ripp off.

Never Order from Bargello. They are fakr
BUYERS BE AWARE FROM THIS FAKE SITE. They will steal your money and will never come back to you. We have ordered a dress from their website for a special occasion , it cost us nearly $1400 and we received a piece of garbage!!!!. We tried to call them, email them...no luck , no response . I wish we read all the reviews before we got trapped in the order. They take photos of famaus designers to cheat their customers. We you receive the order ( if you ever receive it) it is completely different in terms of design , garments, stitching, quality . It is an absolute rip off . Don't order from them and order from trusted places

Terrible customer service
I bought some clothes from Bargello.com
This guy Gul took my order and delivered to my fiance's place in USA after 2 months of due date. The product was not satisfactory. The shirt, Pant and dopatta color didnt match and the quality was very low. While we tried to contact him, he never replied his phone. We will never buy any product from bargello.com. we have already told all our friends and families not to buy anything from there too. The reviews they put on the website must be their own staff or people to make it look good. The customer service was absolutely appalling.

No customer service/cheap product
I ordered some clothes of more than 1000 pounds. No customer service. When my fiance asked to report there is no answer or response. This guy Gul has only needs money in advance. Please do not go to this place for anything.
