SCAM
Hi, I wanted to replace my ni.cd, s with 15 nimh batteries for my drilling machine, I signed on ebay and went on to several sites for prices I found batteryplus at the right price and ordered 15 batteries, delivery time 2 days free postage, when they did not arrive I emailed to ask what was the hold up and received no reply, tried to ring the phone number operator said it was not listed, after 2 weeks and emails i received email that batteries have been posted on receipt of batteries ordered, but on opening package ni.cd batteries have been supplied which i do not want, I have checked with ebay who accessed this firm for the public to buy from now say it is not their problem, is there any way to get my money back ?

SCAM/FRAUD
05 June 2014: I' ordered three tagged batteries on 23rd May 2014. They took the money immediately but to date no sign of goods. Tried few emails as well as called them several times but without any success. Their phone is always engaged and they've never responded to any emails including the confirmation of the order. It seems to be a either a very bad run company or a 'FRAUD' company. I' firmly believe that this company should be investigated by the 'trading standards' and the police.

Terrible experience
Needed new batteries for a few items, portable home phones, remote etc, order and delivery fine, but batteries did not work!! days and weeks of charging, but as soon as you switched the phone on to dial, just died, wrote to the company to ask if the batteries were as stated for my model of phone, no reply, several more e mails and still no reply.
Have now asked my credit card company to get a refund, and informed trading standards, doubt this company can be around long as reading the reviews (as pointed out by my bank) I am not alone, so about to buy some new batteries now, from a genuine company.
My advise if you have not ordered yet, is don't waste your money.

FRAUD!!!
IT'S A COMPLETE FRAUD!
THEY DON'T ANSWER ANY E-MAIL!
IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE A SIMPLE CALL TO THEM - THE NUMBER PROVIDED BY THE SITE DOESN'T EXIST!!!
MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE!!
ANYWAY, I'LL INTRODUCE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT, ALTHOUGH THE AMOUNT IN QUESTION IS VERY SMALL!
I 'M A LAWYER AND I'VE ALREADY CONTACTED TWO COLLEAGUES (AND FRIENDS), IN LONDON, TO TAKE THE APPROPRIATE LEGAL MEASURES!
THERE COULD BE THOUSANDS INJURED!

Rectification of my complaint
For one reason or another - probably for having announced that I would act judicially against the Company, I received the battery I had ordered!
Coincidence or not, it was after the date of having placed my post on this site (May 9th).
In the meantime, and according to the clearly negative expectations, I've ordered another battery on ebay...
According to what I've written above I ought to rectify the all situation: I got the battery!
Although, I still don't know in what condition the battery is.
Besides, I have to apologize to the Company, for my harsh words!
However the essential factuality remained: Total absence of any kind of responses to the emails I've sent and the phone being out of service!

PURCHASE ON 18 JULY 2019
I was looking for rechargeable batteries for garden solar lights on the internet and this entity popped up as having this specific type of battery, namely BatteriesPlus.co.uk. The website looked legit, so I purchased 14 x batteries from SOUTH AFRICA on 18 July 2019. I have sent numerous emails and they have not responded to one. No shipment and I think they have run with my money. What a pity that there are scammers! I should have done my homework before buying from them. I HOPE THAT THIS SERVES AS A WARNING TO OTHERS!!!

RECTIFICATION OF REVIEW ON BATTERIESPLUS.CO.UK
I posted a review "Purchase on 18 July 2019" regarding a purchase that I had made from an entity known as BatteriesPlus.co.uk on 18 July 2019. I would like to set the record straight. Yes although it took a long time for the order to processed and my emails apparently all ended up in the spam of BatteriesPlus.co.uk they eventually replied back to me and have since refunded me.

ORDERED BATTERY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!! I'VE TRIED PHONING AND EMAILED THEM REGARDING MY ORDER TO NO AVAIL!! TO DATE I'VE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AND STILL NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS!! STAY AWAY FROM BATTERIESPLUS.CO.UK!! OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE VERY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED!!! I BELIEVE THIS "COMPANY" IS FAKE AND A SCAM!! IF THEY ARE A "REAL" COMPANY THEN THEY'RE AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!!
