I am a tenant of of a property they manage and they never fix anything after you move in. This company is a scam.

SCAM ARTISTS
My husband, two daughters and I moved into one of their rentals roughly 3 weeks ago. When we came to look at the house we were told there were a couple of things that needed to be taken care of and would be before we moved in the following week. These two items were having the over repaired/replaced and having the house cleaned. When we moved in, however, we found the house had NOT been cleaned, trash left in the yard, stuff crusted into the carpet, food, dirt, hand prints, and so on caked to the walls, tolets not flushed by whoever was in the house last and so on. On top of that, since we moved in we found that we get NO hot water in either shower, the A/C has now gone out for the 2nd time (took them a week to fix it the first time), they finally had someone come out and pick up the trash in the yard... and ALL of our belongings which we on the back porch (patio set, grill, our daughters' bikes, etc), the tile in the master shower is loose and keeps falling off, we still have no oven, the stove's sensor is broken so it is showing the stove in on at all times, the guest bathroom bathtub leaks, and the list goes on and on and on. I have called and even stopped by the office on several occasion (no to mention had a walk through with one of their people just days after moving in) and all we keep hear is that they have to wait for owner approval.. who just happens to be over seas...? OH, and to top this all off, we received a call just a few days ago letting us know that the owner has decided to sell the house. So even though our lease is still valid we have to spend the next year opening and showing our home to random strangers. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
