Quicken costs $99 and up. Check 'quicken.intuit.com'. This is software that is owned by a company by Intuit. Bank don't sell it; they provide access to it at a price.

As a norm, banks will refund monthly access fees up to 2 months. It is in their disclosures. The reason: they say that after a customer reviews their statement, they have 60 days to dispute erroneously charged fees. After that, the customer is agreeing that the fees are valid and will not credit back.

I had a business account at BOA. In order for access to Quicken or Quickbooks, the customer has to click the 'agreement addendum' button before access is allowed and charges to the account begin.

Somewhat of an expensive price to pay for not reviewing your statements.

Excessive Charges and Fees

BB&T took approximately $110.00 from me.

Stay away

BB&T took $110 dollars from me. They continued to charge fees even after a below zero balance. Now they tried to charge me $8.00 dollars to cash BB&T customers' checks. The irony is that I was paying on my BB&T Visa account. What would you do...hmmmm?
I appreciate my customers; does BB&T?

Fraudulent activity

I'm interested in a class action suit. I have to pay my mortgage and there is a balance adjustment of almost $500.00!!! WTF!?!?!? Now what? I'm taking care of my 73 y/o mom who recently moved in. Gas is crazy and so is food and I'm falling behind fast and I can't catch up because BBT keeps overdrafting for .25 cent charges and such. Can't get a break.
