Overcharged service, bad customer service
I agree, I didn't have them that long. But when I tried to close the account, they NEVER said it was an early termination fee and I was hit with $195.00 charge. I was cancelling the account becaude I had been laid off for 15 months and couldn't afford their monthly charges...

DO NOT DEAL with BB&T Merchant Services. They are bad, alot of hidden fees and charges
