DELETING MY PROFILE AFTER PAYMENT
I agree and this time the customer service came from someone called "Avery".
Very rude customer service and when I complained in a way he did not like he deleted my account and said it was harassment.
This tangowire is a total scam and I hope they get what they deserve.
I would go to seattle and kick butt but I don't want to waste my time with them.
They still charge your credit card because you have to agree for two months with no refund when you signup just to send email.
They also have fake profiles that send emails and then you have to pay to read them!!

I joined and paid for one month premium subscription $29.95. This was taken out of my account on 6/19/18 by Friends Worldwide that hosts BBWDatefinder. However, I didn't receive the additional premium functions such as seeing and responding to incoming messages or creating and sending new messages. So I asked about via written format as they don't answer calls via the phone number provided on your bank statement. The response I received was they were not responsible for the site not accepting my payment to place the charge on a different card. Why would I incur another charge of $29.95 on another card when you haven't refunded the charge you already taken from my account. Hello, is there any intelligent life out there ? This is a total rip off ! I am filing a complaint with the BBB to seek reimbursement !!

Premium membership paid for non functional profile and site .no help
I paid for a 3 month premium membership . Within a week , I realized that maybe my profile was not visible and or functional .I did a search from a friends profile of my area and age range and sure enough I don't even come up anywhere . I contact friends worldwide and a staff member confirmed that my profile is not visible to anyone .I then say , please correct that or refund my 3 month paid membership . The reply back is we absolutely don't give refunds , your profile is fine now . I check again and my profile is not working . I emailed many times to them and asked if I could make a new profile and delete my non functioning one since it seems they can't fix it . It has been a month now and I have no activity on my profile even after I sent out 160 interactions to other members .
NO ONE HAS ANSWERED ME . NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have paid for something that this company has not provided . Don't waste your money .they are criminals as far as I'm concerned .

completely fraudulent website
bbwdatefinder.com in my opinion is a completely fraudulent website, i have viewed dozens of profiles and not one of them has viewed me back. Men have sent me messages which I have answered and they do not respond. One asked why no profile pic and I assume I have one posted. I have queried these issues and they just give the same response, that they are diligent in ensuring the safety of their users, from scammers etc, yada yada yada. I have viewed so many profiles where the details don't even match the pics, hair, eye colours, height is 6'7" or 4'10", and the actual wording is just so bizaar. Very disappointed that these sites are allowed to continue taking money off people.

BBWAdatefinder-BOGUS
Am new to this and recently joined BBWDATEFINDER and am not happy! Am now stuck for 3 months. The grammar and composition of the profiles are of an educated person as their bio describes. The responses to my emails... all of them, are broken English. That of someone without any grammar training. I would bet not written by the person in the profile. My advice, find another site. I also joined Ourtime, what a difference, so I had something to compare or I might have quit all of it and just been pissed.
