BC-Casino’s owners and operators would have no idea what customer service was even if someone gave them an intensive crash course on how to treat their loyal gamblers. The funny thing is that I’ve been gambling with them for a while without any issues, until all of a sudden they decided that they weren’t making enough money in the legitimate way, and that it was time to start scamming their players. Deposits were taking forever, and the page would come up with a random error. I saw that the Bitcoin I seemingly deposited to them was taken out of my wallet but never reached my account with BC-Casino. How is that possible? I contacted their support and asked if they received my BTC deposit. I had to wait for days to get a reply, and when it finally came the news wasn’t encouraging. They blamed me for not going through the registration process correctly, and because of that my Bitcoin was put on hold. What kind of a scam is that? I did everything correctly but they wouldn’t listen. Good customer service listens to the customer and doesn’t come up with fake excuses about why their system is faulty. When my Bitcoin finally appeared in my account, I did not receive a welcome bonus, which made me feel ripped off. I was too annoyed about my previous experience with BC-Casino to argue with them about the bonus, so I just decided to withdraw my Bitcoin without making a single bet. I didn’t want to get ripped off like some other players have. I don’t recommend BC-Casino to anyone, unless you like being blamed for something that wasn’t your fault, or if you like being left hanging and wondering where your Bitcoin disappeared to after it left your wallet.
