Return policy
Ok I work in retail, it is not the store manager or district manager or sales associates decision. They are just following the general policy amongst all other BCBG stores. It's nothing personal and there is no exception. If they were to make an exception because you failed to ask about the return policy, then they could be reprimanded by their boss. Maybe you should complain directly to corporate.

I am amazed at the sheer number of people who think returns are a requirement. Listen up...returns are a COURTESY and NO store has to accept them. You do not have to like a store's policy but you do have to honor it. If you want to be able to have Walmart ass kissing, then go to Walmart. Otherwise, leave the real shopping to us reasonable folks who do not jump on the internet and cry every time someone tells us NO.
