Unreceived products
I have never received the items which I have purchased from this store. Every time I contacted them, they would say that the product is on its way, but it has been three months, and steal nothing! Scam!

Refund never received
I ordered a bottle of $9.99 dietary supplements but realized my account was charged $94.86. Once I received the product it was attached with a bill for $304.86 and a phone number at the top which was disconnected. I called the 866 number on the catalog that was sent with the pills and spoke to a representative who gave me an RMA number and shipping address to return the product. It has now been over a month since I returned the pills and I have yet to see a refund. I have tried to call the same 866 number but a representative never answers, and the "contact us" link on their website will not let me submit a complaint, it says "sending error" after each attempt. I have also tried to email the company but even the email address is fake.
