Want money from me for a sample!

Beauty Club sent me what I thought was a free sample of face serum, which I gladly used for some days. But later on I received a check stating that I have to pay the price of $90.00 for the serum since I have never returned it! This is absurd! There was not a single sentence mentioned that I can return the serum, and of course no return address! I am not paying! What a scam!

I saw a FREE TRIAL only pay S&H, no *recharge*. Cancel anytime with in the 14 day trial. NOW they AGREE to CANCEL...but also want $20.00 MORE????????????? Why?? I don't want the stuff, it made me ill. 1 pill of each, I was sick for 3 days.

You charge 89 to my credit card!!!

What is wrong with you?? I buy a collagen face serum once and a deal, for almost 4 dollars, and you for some reason charge to my credit card 89 dollars, why? Because I don't buy anything else with you people ! Don't send to me anything else ok? And I want an explanation for the charge that I don't recognize

Beauty Club Repair

Charge 200.06 for Two samples...plus the original mailing charge in January of around 5.00

I called them, returned two samples and was given a number 283004 to put on parcel for a refund. They received it on April 12th....and still no refund.

When I called the second time , they could not find me. Was told I would get an email telling me that they would take my credit card off my list and refined me when they got the return, did not get the email, and now can't find me.
