No help from them

I needed to purchase tickets for my brother who had to come home for holidays. I also got insurance in case there would be some problem with his flight. I was right about one thing – I had to cancel the tickets because he could not make it. However, the company refused to cancel them saying that there have been problems with the procedure during my payment of insurance. I believe this is scam!
