HORRIBLE SCAM. I heard about them on the radio and they told me I won a seven day vacation to Disney World. They IMMEDIATELY wanted a payment when I "won" the vacation package. They wanted me to pay for half the hotel which was $325 and I told them I could not do so.They asked if I could put anything down so I put $65 down. They failed to explain to me that I only had 30 days to cancel, and only told me I had 18 months to fulfill my package. I called them last week to ask about the package as I was going to make a reservation for September and use my vacation I had "won". THEN they proceed to tell me that my Disney World ticket is for one day. COMPLETE RIP-OFF. Today I called to cancel and they would not refund my money. I explained to them that I am going through a horrible financial situation. What makes them think if I cannot afford the vacation package that I could afford to lose my original $65.00. They were extremely rude, yelled at me through the phone and talked over me every time I tried to speak. She said that it explained in the terms and conditions that it was non-refundable but I never even received an email from them with the terms and conditions. I'll never give them any of my money again.

My name is Emely Saleme Soacha, i have "won" the vacation package through the radio station. Knowing this was a great deal but instead it has been a nightmare. I have deposited my trust in this vacation package, and in this company if this is what is call. I call at the beginning of the month to make a reservation and i was told there was a charge fee for every night i stayed at the hotel, which the hotel was never mentioned. I never confirmed the reservation neither did i said to charge $45 dollars into my husbands credit card. I call back and they said a refund of $45 should be going back in your account, the $45 dollars have not gotten back the account and today is 2/27/2019. I requested to speak to a manager. Manager call back 1 week after the whole incident with my credit card being charged. When the manager call left a voicemail since was unable to reach me. When i called back i requested to speak to a manager, When the manager came to the phone i was not able to understand the name so i ask her to repeat the name and she said her name was ANGIE, i could hear in the tone of her voice it bother her that i question her, what was her name?. My phone signal was not helping. I ask ANGIE if there is any way i could get a refund and she said no since the time of requesting a refund had expired. I try asking her questions regarding the vacation package but ANGIE keep talking over me. I ask ANGIE to please listen to what i had to ask her, a but ANGIE keep talking over me and ask me to transfer me to the spanish line when i was speaking to her in english. I had found this request very inappropriate if i'm speaking to her in English why ANGIE offer me to speak to someone in on the spanish line. ANGIE was not professional during this call, ANGIE keep saying the call was being recorded when i said to her that she was unprofessional since she works for customer service and does not know how to listen. The phone got disconnected because of my phone signal from the beginning of our conversation. I called back and requested to speak to her, when ANGIE answer the phone was already threatening me to put me on holl because i treated her the same way she treated me at the beginning of our conversation. I explain to ANGIE that i also work for customer service and if she is selling a product or an advertisement she should listen to the customers. ANGIE hand up the phone on me, she did not wanted to listen to how i told her she was not professional and the tone of her voice was very threatening. At this point this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE there is outhere. As a manager ANGIE doesn't know how to handle this types of situacion. ANGIE needs another customer service training class. I will be using my vacation package, i will need to extend the dates to travel, i will also need for the $45 dollars to get refunded into my account. The day i call and make a reservation i will be using a different credit card, giving you guys the authorization to charge my credit card. I do not want to speak to ANGIE, if there is someone else who is willing to listen and help me book my vacation and explain all this charges that where not mention in the agreement then you can call me.


THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM OF ALL TIMES AND THEY ARE STILL STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEYYY..!!!!!
