Lies and hidden clauses

When I was given the package on 27th October, I was promised a vacation to a destination of my choosing from your list of destinations along with a Florida trip.

I called on 9th December to book for Napa Valley, California as this was the destination that I wanted to book (since I am in California for vacation). However, I was told Napa Valley was no longer in the list. I was also told since I am a student with no SSN/credit card , there will be further problems along the way. So, I decided to cancel my offer with bestvacationsever.com. When I called to cancel my offer, I was rudely told by the quality assurance team that I can't cancel it and it's not their fault that Napa Valley is no longer a destination. He encouraged me to book for Florida but I had bought the offer to go to Napa Valley, CA. When I told him that I was a student and that causes issues, he told me again that it's not their problem and they will not do anything about it. I was promoting and telling all my friends and relatives about bestvacationever and the amazing offers but I realize these guys are scamming me. Totally Disappointing..
