unable to cashout
I tried to cash out my money from them through western union and they sent me fake information. I am still struggling to cash my money out! Avoid this website!

rigged hands
Plan to watch your money drain day after day after day. I was a 92% favorite on 5 separate hands and lost all 5 to ridiculous calls. You will be called by "players" that have absolutely nothing and watch them catch whatever they need to bust you. It's beyond comprehension what they get away with. You catch a card every 45 or 50 hands and when you do hit no one bets or calls. I was a fool to play there and tried to see if it was just bad luck. No way! The same impossible beats happened day after day hand after hand. They have many "staff" people playing at the tables and they NEVER lose. Its kind of amusing.

Rigged dealing
I have played betonline for about 5 months. I play daily, although lately just a few tourneys a day. I have lost no money with them, because I never sent them any. So I have no axe to grind. However, if there real money, free to play tourneys are any indication of how the site is being run, I would not recommend you ever send them any money.
I have played so many hands and tournaments and have never seen such rigged dealing. They appear to have bots and players working for them. You will never see such a statistially impossible round of hands like you will see day after day at betonline.
Just sayin, play for entertainment if you want, but DO NOT even think of sending them any money.

Restricted call received from BetOnline
Filled out application to create new account. It did not registered me and ask me to call the number that was given. I did not bother and did not want to proceed. A few minutes later I received a call on my cell phone and said "RESTRICTED". So I answered the call because i wanted to know who it was. It was a Bet online representative. He immediately asked me to register my credit card information. What happened to the Welcome call? Or I see you had some problems registering your account. How can I help you with your application , etc.. None of this my friends! Just proceeded to ask for my credit card to be registered and when I said WHAT? the call was dropped a few seconds later. Hmmmm. Very interesting. Would you not agree. All POKER websites are a joke my friends and I warn you not to play for real money. Okay to play for fun. Very disappointed that they are truly not regulated and can scam people for their money. I have played several years on several websites and I have seen it all. I think you all know about Black Friday. Research it my friends and be warned about phony websites that say Bet online is a safe and honest website. In fact, most of these review websites, expert reviews, etc., are created to twist, deceive and mislead you into believing its a good to play Bet Online. I hope this helps you to decide.

Avoid like the plague
Quitting Betonline.ag after two years because I finally asked for a payout and was told I still had rollover to meet before I could receive a payout. You can't speak with a supervisor; they will only say they will send an email explaining the roll over rules and how much more you need to bet before you qualify for a payout but it never comes. Between Nov. 1 and Nov. 14 I made bets totaling $11,000 on horses and sports wherein the gave me $1,104.15 credit towards a $13,500 roll over; I guess if I could bet another 120 G's without having to make another deposit (incur more onerous rollover), I could qualify for a payout. Avoid this site like the plague and you can put money in but you will never qualify to take any out. These are truly white collar criminals with no integrity whatsoever!
