They owe me money
This company has robbed me for $100.00 and I want them back! My bank told me that can cancel the account just to be sure they won’t strike again, but I’m willing to take this till the end!

Lied about the price of the watch
After I have ordered a watch for $10.00 which was suppose to be just the shipping costs, I found out that the same company also charged me another $100.00. I called the company, and told them about this, and they said that I should have read the rules on their website, and the item description. The watch was actually $110.00, and the whole $10.00 advert was just a lie!

BMX*MAXnaim $4.95 s&h "free watch
was ordering online. Had several online sites open. A survey popped up from one of my the online shopping sites that I frequent often. I took the survey and was given the option of 4 free gifts for participation. There was no indication or terms available that would require the $98 that i found subtracted from my account! Their website is very much a fraud and I want my money returned ASAP!

SCAM
I was shopping on line and got a pop up for a free gift if I completed a survey. After the survey I had a choice of one of three free gifts and all I had to pay was shipping. I choose a watch and paid the $7.99 shipping. One month later I notice a charge of $98.00 on my account from the same company BFM-MAXNAIM. I did not read anything about being charged $98.00 for the watch. This is a scam and I would like to have my $98.00 returned.

These people need to be stopped and incarcerated for Theft by Deception. We need to fight them to get our monies back. They need to be reported to all Federal/State Agencies and BBB/Police Departments where they have hit. They are very mobile, with giving their business address which is a Scam as well. They are working out of a PO Box in Glendale, CA at a Postal Mail and Ship place. Please take the time to put these people away so they cannot use the internet as a criminal site for their stealing from innocent victims. REPORT THEM, REPORT THEM, REPORT THESE CREEPS!!!

BFM MAXNAIM
A Fraud!! Was shopping through Amazon.com, and a pop up window came into view saying that Amazon had a gift for me. Being on the website itself, I thought it was legit. I filled it out saying that I had the choice of three gifts: a watch, perfume, and something else I couldn't remember. All I had to to was fill out a survey for "Amazon" about the latest purchases that were made, and pay shipping and the gift was mine. Just found out on my account that another $98.00 charge was withdrawn from my account without authorization. Immediately got my card stopped and cancelled. Hope they stop these people from taking advantage of innocent people.......

I'm really embarrsed that I did this but I fell for a scam. I trusted the Amazon site so, even though I felt a bit of apprehension, I fell for the free gift scam and chose the watch. Free? Not a bit. On my last bank statement I have two charges, one for $7.99 on Jan. 28th - OK for the S&H, the other for $98.00 - for ????? Apparently this company isn't exactally on the up & up. Oh, right after I sent in the transaction my computer started acting up, it seems that I also got a virus from these scammers. Thanks for nothing! JoJo

I too was scammed by this company. I read the other blogs and is the same old story. Order a watch for $5.95 for shipping and handling and was charged for $99 and the end of the month. I cancelled the credit card just in case they will attempt to charge again.
There must be a paper trail to track down these con artists. After all they created a company filing with the state.
