theft by false advertising
After an advertisement that came up while I was shopping at JC Penney, I ordered the man's watch...$5.99...from this company...days later I am charged $98.00 on my credit card....is there any way to recoup my money??? I am so livid...this is such blatent theft! Of course they don't care...they are criminals! According to the complaints I have read I am not the only one taken by this false advertisement....

These people are using pop-ups on good sites and getting people's personal information to send them items they did not want. They do this by asking one to take a survey on a good site, so one is thinking it is a ligitiment company, they send you a 'complimentary gift' in this case a watch, for shipping and handling only of 9.99 and then start stealing from your bank account months later with the sums of 98.00 a pop. This is truly THEFT BY DECEPTION. They work out of a postal po box and say it is their place of business. These people no doubt work out of a van or basement and are sending stolen product with no name. They must be stopped, if one can catch up with them. One week they are in northern California, Palo Alto area as a base, now in Glendale, out of a post office shipping place. Everyone needs to report them to the BBB/Federal and State agencies AG's office and Police Departments where they are running these SCAMS. They need to be incarcerated for many years for this abuse on the public.

My wife was shopping online at Kmart. When she exited, she was offered an opportunity to participate in a survey about her shopping experience for which she would be allowed to select a prize. She completed the survey and purchased a man's watch for $5.99 with a $2.00 shipping charge which she put on her debit card. Eleven days later, a $95.00 charge appeared against her card.
