doesn't heat up. Worked 2 days not not working, just one side
Hi - bought the blanket through Heartland America. Shipped 12-27-2013. Used 2 nights. Right side of blanket will not work. Checked all connections. Control comes on but not heat. It is a King-size blanket with dual control. One side works. Please advise. Stopped payment on credit card. Called company 5 times and no reply. Please advise and replace it. Thanks. Wilma J. Biddeford Blanket
Blanket doesn't work. Dual control King-size blanket. One side works, the other doesn't. Worked 2 days and now doesn't work. Checked all controls. Dual lights up, but no heat. Please advise. Stopped payment to Heartland America until this is resolved and you advise me what to do. Have called Biddeford 5 times and no reply. Would like it replaced. Send shipping info. Thanks. Wilma J.
