They shouldn't be allowed tosell this junk here.

Why are they allowed to sell this stuff in the U.S.??
I bought one of their blankets in early Nov...
It stopped working on 11/30/16.
I couldn't get through on their 800 number.
I took it back to Target.
They exchanged it for another one on 12/01/16.
It ids now 12/05/16 and the new one Has stopped working too.
I think I will get a refund or another company's product this's time.
